Смольнинский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга вынес постановление об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Николая Бальцера, обвиняемого в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных пп.г,е ч.3 ст.286 УК РФ (2 эпизода).
17.09.2025 Бальцер был задержан, ему предъявлено обвинение. Возражал против удовлетворения ходатайства следователя, пояснил, что он скрываться не намерен, просил избрать ему меру пресечения в виде домашнего ареста, либо в виде запрета определённых действий.
