В новоуренгойской ДШИ им. С. В. Рахманинова с начала года появилось 119 новых инструментов. Контрабас и ксилофон поступили в ДШИ Надымского района. В салехардскую ДШИ им. Е.В. Образцовой уже доставили скрипки, баян, флейту, корнеты, баритонгорн, флюгельгорн и альтгорны. Новые скрипки, аккордеоны и баяны появились в Ноябрьске и Муравленко.

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
