Сегодня в историческом парке «Россия - моя история» собралось более трёх тысяч ребят на фестивале профессий «Якутия - мои горизонты». Это редкая возможность попробовать себя в разных сферах - от IT и промышленности до творчества и медицины, пройти тесты, мастер-классы и пообщаться с экспертами и работодателями из восьми регионов Дальнего Востока. Все это создаёт национальный проект «Молодёжь и дети», который помогает формировать новое поколение россиян - талантливых, ответственных, патриотично настроенных и готовых развивать страну и своё будущее.
Я рад, что у нас есть такие площадки, где любой желающий может сделать первые шаги в выбранной профессии, открыть новые горизонты и узнать что-то новое о себе. Уверен, что участие в фестивале вдохновит ребят развиваться, искать свои интересы и смело идти к своей мечте. Пусть сегодняшние открытия станут стартом на пути к большим достижениям и яркому будущему!

Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
