معاون راهبردی رئیس جمهوری در صفحه شخصی‌اش: ▫️ در شش ماه گذشته با سخیف‌ترین توهین‌ها، افتراها و تهدیدها نسبت به خود و خانواده‌ام روبرو بودم. ▫️در درون دولت نیز تلخ‌ترین دوران خدمت ۴۰ ساله را گذراندم اما به امید خدمت ایستادگی کردم. ▫️رئیس قوه قضاییه با اشاره به شرایط کشور توصیه کردند که برای پیشگیری از فشار بیشتر بر دولت، به دانشگاه بازگردم. بنده نیز بی‌درنگ پذیرفتم. ▫️امیدوارم با کنار گذاشتن بنده، بهانه‌ها برای سنگ‌اندازی در برابر خواست مردم و موفقیت دولت برداشته شود. ▫️هنوز به پشتیبانی از دکتر پزشکیان گرانقدر می‌بالم و برای ایشان و دیگر خدمتگزاران راستین به مردم بهترین‌ها را آرزومندم./ایسنا

Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
