«محمد صالح»، عامل ارزان‌قیمت دستگاه‌های امنیتی رژیم کودک‌کش صهیونیستی، در ازای تنها ۲۳ هزار دلار، نه‌تنها خون نزدیکان شهیدش را پایمال کرد، بلکه اعمال او به شهادت جمعی از رزمندگان مقاومت نیز منجر شد.

او با سوءاستفاده از شرایط خانوادگی‌اش به لایه‌هایی از ساختار مقاومت نفوذ کرده و اطلاعات برخی از افراد و اماکن وابسته به حزب‌الله را به سیستم‌های امنیتی دشمن منتقل کرده بود.

در روزهای اخیر، محمد صالح به‌دنبال شکایت شماری از شهروندان به‌دلیل کلاه‌برداری در بازارهای مالی بازداشت شد. نیروهای امنیتی لبنان پس از بررسی تلفن همراه او، به برخی ارتباطات مشکوک پی بردند و وی را تحویل اطلاعات ارتش دادند. امروز نیز یکی از قضات دادگاه نظامی لبنان تأیید کرد که این فرد با دشمن صهیونیستی در ارتباط بوده است.

با وجود این، جرم جاسوسی در سیستم قضایی لبنان مجازات سنگینی ندارد. اکنون باید دید مقاومت با این خیانت چگونه برخورد خواهد کرد.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
