سینه مرغ رو به درازا و باریک برش دادم . تکه های مرغ رو داخل زعفران دم کرده ، پیاز خرد شده ، نمک و فلفل و یه قاشق ماست مخلوط کردم و گذاشتم چهار ، پنج ساعتی یخچال بمونه و مزه دار بشه . سیخ های چوبی رو شستم ، تکه ای از مرغ رو روی سینی گذاشتم و با دست رول کردم ، انتهاش رو با دستم نگه داشتم و به سیخ کشیدم . مابقی هم به این شکل. جوجه ها رو در تابه با روغن کم با حرارت ملایم سرخش کردم . گوجه رو هم به سیخ فلزی کشیدم و خمون روی گاز کباب کردم. جای سیخ چوبی از سیخ فلزی هم می تونید استفاده کنید
