Первая выставка в обновлённом культурном центре «ЗИМ» откроется уже в конце октября

В историческом здании завода имени Масленникова («ЗИМ»), где в советское время располагался цех №155, завершается ремонт. В конце октября здесь откроется первая выставка, посвящённая архитектурному искусству авангарда, конструктивизма и модернизма.

Само здание было построено в 1980 году. Сейчас в ходе реставрации трёхэтажному помещению хотят вернуть историческую аутентичность. Так, будет восстановлена лепнина ручной работы под потолком и историческое мраморное покрытие на полу.
