В октябре направил запрос губернатору Саратовской области Р.В. Бусаргину по вопросам реконструкции трамвайного депо, тяговых подстанций, закупки новых трамваев и того, кто и каким образом будет обслуживать новую технику.
На запрос получен ответ. Привожу два ключевых момента; полный текст ответа прикреплен.
«Завершение работ и ввод в эксплуатацию всех тяговых подстанций с учетом получения разрешения Ростехнадзора планируются генеральными подрядчиками до 30 ноября 2024 года.»
«После завершения строительно-монтажных работ на трамвайных маршрутах обслуживание трамвайной инфраструктуры г. Саратова будет обеспечено специалистами МУПП «СГЭТ» в соответствии с договором на оказание услуг по обслуживанию трамвайной сети, заключенного с ООО «СГЭТ».»

For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said.
