По моей информации, на правительственный портал обращений Украины уже три дня подряд приходят сотни заявлений от родственников и близких погибших военнослужащих ВСУ.

Тех, кого Россия предлагает вернуть, утверждая, что они были в списках пропавших без вести.

Но сверху поступил устный приказ: игнорировать такие обращения, тянуть время, ничего не подтверждать.

Официальных объяснений нет.

У меня имеются обращения десятков семей.

But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
