💧چکیده:
یادداشت حاضر به تحلیل مفهوم «استقلال» در جمهوری اسلامی ایران و ارتباط آن با «قلت» و «اقلیت» می‌پردازد. استقلال، در اندیشه بنیان‌گذار انقلاب اسلامی، نه تنها به معنای رهایی از وابستگی‌های مادی، بلکه ایستادگی بر اصول حق است، حتی اگر در اقلیت باشیم. قرآن کریم نیز نشان می‌دهد که «اکثریت» همیشه معیار حق نیست و بسیاری از اقلیت‌ها در تاریخ، مسیر حق را روشن کرده‌اند. در این راستا، «عرف اجتماعی» باید با حقیقت الهی هم‌راستا باشد تا مشروعیت یابد.
