В Госдуме предложили признать криптовалюту совместно нажитым имуществом.
Депутат Госдумы Игорь Антропенко (ЕР) предложил внести изменения в Семейный кодекс, чтобы криптовалюта, приобретённая в браке, признавалась совместно нажитым имуществом.
Законопроект направлен на отзыв в правительство и в Банк России. Документ уточняет, что цифровые активы, купленные до брака или полученные безвозмездно, будут считаться личной собственностью супруга, как и в случае с недвижимостью или акциями.
Автор инициативы отмечает, что в условиях цифровизации всё больше россиян используют крипту как инструмент инвестиций, но отсутствие регулирования создаёт риски при разводах — активы сложно учитывать и делить.
Проект должен устранить правовую неопределённость и закрепить равенство имущественных прав супругов в сфере цифровых активов.
