السيّد محمّد باقر الموسويّ الشفتيّ المعروف بحجّة الإسلام [المتوفى ١٢٦٠هـ] كان عالماً ربّانيّاً روحانيّاً ممّن عرف حلال آل محمد وحرامهم، وشيّد أحكامهم، وخالف هواه، واتبع أمر مولاه، دائم المراقبة لربّه، لا يشغله شيء عن الحضور والمراقبة.
له حالات بالتضرع والبكاء غريبة:
فقد كانت آماق عين السيد مجروحة من كثرة البكاء في تهجده، وقد كان خارجاً يوماً إلى بعض القرى مع أحد خواصه، فباتا بالطريق، فقال السيّد الشفتيّ لرفيقه: ألا تنام؟ فأخذ رفيقه مضجعه، وتصوّر السيّد أن رفيقه قد نام، فقام يصلّي، يقول رفيقه: فو الله إني رأيت فرائصه وأعضاءه ترتعد بحيث كان يكرّر الكلمة مراراً من شدّة حركة فكّيه وأعضائه حتى ينطق بها صحيحة.
كانت عبادة السيد الشفتيّ بنحو أن يشتغل بالتضرّع من نصف الليل حتى الصباح، ويدور في ساحة مكتبته كالمجنون ويدعو ويناجي ويلطم رأسه وصدره، وكان يعلو منه حنين وأنين بدون اختيار.
وكذلك الحال بالنسبة لصلاته الواجبة، فقد كان إماماً لصلاة الجماعة في النجف الأشرف وكانت صلاته كلّها حزن وخضوع تام وكان يقرأ ببكاء.
في آخر حياته أصابه مرض فمنعه الأطباء من البكاء وقالوا له: البكاء حرام عليك لأنه يوجب زيادة المرض.
أما بمجالس سيد الشهداء عليه السلام فكان له بكاء شديد، حتى أصبح الخطباء لا يصعدون المنبر والسيّد الشفتيّ حاضراً إلا إذا خرج خوفاً عليه.

For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began.
