Начали с коллективного обращения против Положения, введенного в сентябре 2024 года, которое сделало обязательным МЦКО для 5-8 классов по математике и русскому языку. Собрали 198 подписей, направили обращение в школу и ДОНМ, но получили формальные отписки. Потом писали в прокуратуру и департамент, указывая на нарушения при принятии этого локального нормативного акта (ЛНА). В ходе разбирательства выявили нарушения в работе Управляющего совета и педсовета, а также фальсификацию документов. После этого прокуратура перестала отписываться и начала проверку.
В результате: — Директору вынесено представление (прокурорское предписание); — Положение убрали с сайта школы; — Департамент сообщил, что летом школа приведёт все ЛНА в порядок; — Председателя УС сняли.
