Госкомитет национальной безопасности Киргизии (ГКНБ) подозревает его в финансировании ОПГ убитого «вора в законе» Камчы Кольбаева и в связи с его «крестным отцом», разыскиваемым в стране, членом ОПГ Азимом Роем.
По утверждению ГКНБ, Тё оказывал финансовую помощь в строительстве объектов недвижимости Кольбаева. Сейчас идёт подготовка к объявлению Тё в международный розыск, в том числе на территории стран СНГ.
В октябре 2023 года Кольбаев был ликвидирован во время операции ГКНБ. Ранее спецслужбы США включили его в список крупнейших наркобаронов в мире.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
