نائب رئیس کمیسیون قضایی مجلس: 🔹در طرح اصلاح قانون مهریه در کمیسیون قضایی اهرم بازدارنده‌ای را پیش بینی کردیم که از مسابقه افزایش تعداد سکه مهریه در بین مردم جلوگیری کنیم؛ در همین راستا یکی از تدابیر صورت گرفته، افزودن حق الثبت مهریه به قانون و الزام زوجین برای پرداخت آن در زمان عقد است که خود این حق الثبت هر چقدر مهریه بالاتر باشد، سنگین‌تر خواهد بود. 🔹طبق این طرح تا سقف ۱۴ سکه، حق ثبت به مهریه تعلق نمی‌گیرد. 🔹میزان هزینه، برای مهریه های بین ۱۴ تا ۱۰۰ سکه، چهار دهم درصد قیمت سکه‌‌ها، است. 🔹میزان هزینه، برای مهریه‌‌های بین ۱۰۰ تا ۲۰۰ سکه، ۲ درصد است. 🔹از مهریه‌‌های ۲۰۰ سکه به بالا ، ۱۵درصد، به عنوان حق ثبت، اخذ می شود.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
