Депутаты парламента поддержали законопроект о пенсионном обеспечении сотрудников МЧС
На сессии в среду депутаты внесли изменения в статью 17 закона «О пенсионном обеспечении лиц, проходивших военную службу, и их семей».
Вопрос на рассмотрение парламентариев вынес глава комитета по обороне и безопасности Сослан Гагиев.
Парламентарий отметил, что согласно данному проекту в выслугу лет для назначения пенсии будет засчитываться служба в министерстве РЮО по делам гражданской обороны, чрезвычайным ситуациям и ликвидации последствий стихийных бедствий со дня основания ведомства.
Кроме того, выслуга лет сотрудников МЧС будет учитываться и при переходе на службу в другие органы государственной власти, где предусмотрена военная служба.
