Недавно в Москве прошел семинар КСВО, где Александр Луконин рассказал о проделанной работе по увековечиванию памяти участников СВО. В сентябре 2022 года в Чердаклинском районе Ульяновской области открыли первую в России улицу героя гвардии лейтенанта Владислава Луконина. В Ульяновской области и Забайкальском крае появились баннеры «Славим Героев Отечества». Мы реализовали проекты «Герои регионов» и «СВОи». Александр Луконин изучил механизм присвоения имен героям улиц. Издательский дом академии им. Н.К Жуковского разработал методику изготовления печатной продукции по увековечиванию памяти воинов. 21 июня в Забайкалье Юрий Юрманов встретился с Еленой Краузе и Виктором Бутусовым, чтобы обсудить проект «Герои регионов» и взаимодействие с регионами. Подробности обсудим на круглом столе 7 июля в Москве.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
