В Челябинске четверо приезжих мужчин избили и ограбили местного жителя. Органами внутренних дел по данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело по ст.161 УК РФ (грабеж). Следственное управление СК России по Челябинской области ходатайствует перед надзорным органом о передаче материалов уголовного дела в свое производство.
Председатель Следственного комитета поручил и.о. руководителя СУ СК России по Челябинской области Правосудову К.В. доложить по ситуации и о принятом надзорным ведомством решении.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
