Суть её в том, что она, наоборот, может "исчезать", аннигилировать любые предметы, но при этом тебе на счёт (или наличкой) поступает их стоимость согласно актуальному справочнику индикативных цен данной местности. С учётом износа.
Для начала я бы избавился от всего хлама дома, который жалко выбросить или муторно продавать.
Потом бы просто ходил по улицам и аннигилировал что плохо лежит.
Потом бы подмял под себя весь мусорный бизнес в городе.
Кончилось бы это всё, конечно, понятно как: я стал бы таким магическим Себастьяном Перейро, торговцем чёрным деревом: отправлял бы в небытие за деньги всяких мудаков, а возможно, и хороших людей, если за них палочкой будет назначена приличная цена.
