به طور کلی در ترکیب تسلیحاتی کلاس Aquitaine چه در نسخه ضد زیرسطحی ( ASW ) و چه در نسخه ضد هوایی ( AAW )، یک توپ اصلی اوتو ملارا 76 میلیمتری، دو پرتابگر 4 فروندی موشک های کروز ضد کشتی Exocet MM40 Block 3، دو پرتابگر 2 فروندی اژدر 324 میلیمتری MU90، سه ماجول ریموت کنترل Nexter Narwhal با توپ 20 میلیمتری مشترک است. اما در بخش سیلو ها ترکیب متفاوت است به این صورت که 4 فروند اول از ASW ها دارای 16 سیلوی Sylver A43 برای Aster-15 بودند که در دو شناور بعدی با Sylver A50 برای موشک های Aster-15 و Aster-30 جایگزین شد، و ASW ها دارای 16 سیلوی Sylver A70 برای موشک کروز تهاجمی MdCN هم هستند که در نسخه AAW به جای آنها کلا فقط 32 سیلوی Sylver A50 نصب شده و خبری از MdCN نیست.
