Европейское агентство авиационной безопасности (EASA) уже больше года не выходит на связь с "ОДК-Авиадвигатель" (входит в "ОДК" Ростеха) после получения €409,4 тыс. за валидацию сертификата двигателя ПД-14 для самолетов МС-21.
Агентство подтвердило получение платежа, но услугу не оказало, а потом и вовсе "заблокировало получение электронных писем от истца". Осенью 2022-го "ОДК-Авиадвигатель" обратился в Арбитражный суд Пермского края с иском о взыскании с EASA €438,5 тыс. ввиду неосновательного обогащения, €29,1 тыс. из которых - проценты за пользование деньгами.
Первое предварительное судебное заседание прошло 26 января. В материалах дела не было доказательств уведомления EASA, поэтому суд назначил следующее заседание на 20 апреля.
