Письмо направил президент ассоциации предпринимателей по развитию бизнес-патриотизма «АВАНТИ» Рахман Янсуков в адрес премьер-министра Михаила Мишустина и председателя Госдумы Вячеслава Володина. «В последнее время участились жалобы на наличие запрещенного контента в социальных сетях, а также отсутствие правового регулирования доступа детей на указанные площадки», — говорится в документе.
Для реализации инициативы авторы предлагают сделать регистрацию в соцсетях по паспорту.
