🇺🇸 Pentagon wählt Elon Musks SpaceX für Militärsatelliten-Starts

Das US-Verteidigungsministerium hat Elon Musks Unternehmen SpaceX einen Milliardenauftrag erteilt: Bis 2029 soll SpaceX 28 militärische Satellitenstarts durchführen – das entspricht rund 60 % aller Missionen in Phase 3 des Programms.

Insgesamt vergibt das Pentagon Aufträge im Wert von 13,5 Mrd. Dollar an SpaceX (5,9 Mrd.), United Launch Services (5,3 Mrd.) und Blue Origin (2,3 Mrd.), um die US-Weltrauminfrastruktur für Aufklärung und Überwachung zu stärken.

Laut US Space Command soll die Anzahl der Starts von 30 (Phase 2) auf 54 steigen. Ziel ist die Erweiterung und Modernisierung der Satellitenflotte.

General Saltzman: „Eine zuverlässige und widerstandsfähige Weltraumarchitektur ist die Grundlage unserer Sicherheit.“

Die Starts beginnen im Fiskaljahr 2025.

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
