В парке Минного городка сотрудники Росгвардии обратили внимание на молодого человека, который делал «закладки». Увидев правоохранителей, гражданин бросился в озеро в надежде переплыть его и скрыться. Не оценив свои возможности, он выбился из сил, замерз и вернулся на берег, где был задержан и передан полицейским.
Сотрудники отдела по контролю за оборотом наркотиков УМВД России по г. Владивостоку установили, что 19-летний местный житель устроился на работу в качестве «закладчика» в интернет-магазин по продаже запрещенных веществ. В условленном месте он поднимал «клад» с партией гашишного масла, далее расфасовывал в маленькие пакетики и раскладывал их в потайных местах, отправляя координаты «закладок» администратору интернет-магазина.
