Тут два разных источника: первая часть про количество слов, которые начинаются с определенной буквы. В нем Ё, к сожалению, попадает под Е, поэтому если интересно именно про Ё, то советую вот этот прекрасный пост Сони. Вторая – про частоту используемости букв в словах.
