Не очень люблю овощи, но люблю их готовить: порезал, закинул, накрыл крышкой и ждёшь, когда потушатся.

Едят все (и я, и Даша, и муж). Но пока блюдо горячее. Дальше уже никому не хочется.

И всё-таки главный момент: какие бы не были баклажаны (молодые, старые, в расцвете сил, престарелые), я всё равно замачиваю их в соленой воде минут на 20; потом промываю, обсушиваю и добавляю в сковороду самыми последними.
