В том числе Сергей Павлов доложил о результатах проведенной работы по устранению последствий чрезвычайной ситуации, связанной со стихией в трех районах Чувашии – Комсомольском, Ибресинском и Канашском. Более пяти миллионов рублей будет направлено на оказание материальной помощи.
Сметная стоимость на проведение аварийно-восстановительных работ 6,9 млн рублей. Обследовано 160 домов, количество нуждающихся в финансовой помощи – 491 человек на сумму более 5,4 млн рублей. Заявления на оказание единовременной материальной помощи поступило от 481 человека. Кроме этого, поступили 10 заявлений на оказание финансовой помощи за утрату предметов первой необходимости. Им будет выделено по 50 и 100 тысяч рублей соответственно.

But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
