15 февраля в нашей стране отмечается День памяти о россиянах, исполнявших служебный долг за пределами Отечества, и по традиции омичи, для которых эта дата важна, приходят к мемориалу, посвященному воинам-интернационалистам, чтобы отдать дань уважения подвигу земляков. Сегодняшний день не стал исключением. Склоняем головы перед памятью погибших, желаем крепкого здоровья всем ветеранам локальных войн. Спасибо за службу и преданность Родине.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
