Накануне, 17 июня, 12:40 экипаж 7-й пожарно-спасательной части выезжал в село Крутое Ливенского района, где произошло короткое замыкание в электрощите. Благодаря своевременному обнаружению проблемы и оперативному вызову специалистов возгорание удалось предотвратить.
