С 1 января 2025 года штраф за управление автомобилем в состоянии опьянения - 45 тысяч рублей, также предусмотрено лишение прав на срок от 1,5 до 2 лет.

Отказ от медицинского освидетельствования юридически приравнивается к вождению в нетрезвом виде и влечёт ту же ответственность.
