Ее возглавляет Вадим Смирнов – бывший вице-президент «Дисней Студиос» в России и руководитель «Двадцатый Век Фокс СНГ».
Компания занимается показом новых отечественных полнометражных фильмов в кинотеатрах. В ее каталоге появляется контент ведущих продюсеров и кинопроизводителей страны.
В список прокатов, проведенных ими входят такие фильмы как: Лед 3, Федя. Народный футболист, Ёлки 10 и тд.
