Сейчас в России принимают необходимые правовые документы для их осуществления. Одним из основных условий выполнения каботажных перевозок будет наличие оригинала международной транспортной накладной и передача необходимых сведений в Государственную информационную систему электронных перевозочных документов (ГИС ЭПД). При этом всего перевозчик из ЕАЭС сможет выполнить до трех последовательных каботажных рейсов, на которые в общей сложности дается не более семи календарных дней с момента прибытия и разгрузки на территории РФ.
