Сотрудники полиции в Тольятти ведут проверку по сообщению местной жительницы о ненадлежащем обращении с животным. Следственно-оперативная группа выехала по указанному в сообщении адресу. По собранным полицейскими материалам будет принято процессуальное решение.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them.
