📞📍Инцидент произошел в Усольском районе, вблизи деревни Архиреевка. По сообщению оперативной дежурной службы ЕДДС, в районе реки Китой потребовалась экстренная помощь.
🚗Водитель автомобиля Nissan Juke 1980 г. р. не справилась с управлением, в результате чего транспортное средство съехало с дороги и оказалось в воде.
🔧Оперативные службы незамедлительно выехали на место происшествия. Спасатели успешно провели эвакуацию женщины из частично затопленного автомобиля.
👤Пострадавшей медицинская помощь не потребовалась — её состояние не вызывает опасений. В настоящее время ситуация полностью стабилизирована.
📢Спасатели напоминают водителям о необходимости соблюдения правил дорожного движения и особой осторожности при управлении транспортным средством вблизи водных объектов.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
