▫️مراسم گرامیداشت یاد و خاطره شهدای بمباران ۲۷ دی ماه دانشگاه تبریز، با حضور جمعی از اساتید، دانشجویان، خانواده‌های شهدا، کارکنان دانشگاه، پیشکسوتان دفاع مقدس و مسئولان در موزه شهدای این دانشگاه برگزار شد.

▫️گفتنی است دکتر محمدتقی اعلمی که با اغلب شهدای ۲۷ دی ماه، روابط دوستی و مودت دیرینه داشت، در حین سخنرانی خود و پس از ذکر خاطراتی درباره شهید رضاپور؛ یکی از شهدای حادثه ۲۷ دی، برای لحظاتی کوتاه، به یاد یاران شهید خود، اشک حسرت ریخت و سخنرانی خود را ناتمام گذاشت که با ختم صلوات حاضران، مواجه گردید و لحظات ماندگاری در این مراسم معنوی ثبت شد.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
