В указе, который обнародовало афганское правительство талибов, говорится, что в новых домах не должно быть окон, через которые можно увидеть "двор, кухню, соседский колодец и другие места, которые обычно используют женщины". В уже построенных домах такие окна нужно закрыть.
Также в указе отмечено, что вид женщин, работающих на кухнях, во дворах или набирающих воду из колодцев, может привести к непристойным действиям.
Видимо, подобные случаи приобрели массовый характер…

Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
