Главным обвиняемым был назван зять бывшего депутата Ил Тумэна и экс-руководителя Упрздравнадзора Якутии Михаил Андросов. В октябре горсуд назначил ему штраф в 380 тыс. рублей. Но от наказания освободил в связи с истечением срока давности совершения преступления. Строгое наказание, чем он, получили другие два фигуранта дела.
