«До ЖЭКа достучаться - толку никакого - ни директор, ни никто другой ничего не хочет делать», - рассказывают жители.
Активные жильцы обращались и в ЖЭУ, и в Сахалинскую коммунальную компанию. Из одной организации горожан посылали в другую, и так по кругу - а люди продолжают мерзнуть.
