Теперь для получения сертификата необходимо подтвердить непрерывное проживание в регионе не менее 10 лет, а также один из супругов должен быть уроженцем Московской области. Ранее на получение жилья могли претендовать семьи с семью и более детьми, проживающие в области более 5 лет.
Теперь эти условия изменились, и приоритет будет отдан месту рождения одного из родителей, которое должно быть Московская область.
