مشخصات فنی
🔹مدل gpt-oss-20b با ۲۱ میلیارد پارامتر طراحی شده، ولی با استفاده از Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) فقط حدود ۳.۶ میلیارد پارامتر به‌صورت هم‌زمان فعال می‌شن. 🔹مدل gpt-oss-120b هم ۱۱۷ میلیارد پارامتر داره که با MoE حدود ۵.۱ میلیارد در هر توکن درگیر می‌شن. 🔹مدل کوچکتر می‌تونه روی سیستم‌های معمولی با حداقل ۱۶ گیگ رم اجرا بشه. 🔹برای مدل بزرگتر حداقل ۸۰ گیگ رم نیاز داری، که بیشتر به درد سرور یا کارت‌هایی مثل Nvidia H100 می‌خوره. 🔹هر دو مدل یه context window خیلی بزرگ دارن: ۱۲۸,۰۰۰ توکن

Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
