В 2026 году федеральный МРОТ составит 27 093 рубля, поэтому ежемесячный минимальный платёж по страховым взносам с директора при использовании стандартного тарифа составит не менее 8 128 рублей.
Чтобы избежать этой обязанности, можно, например, уволить текущего руководителя и передать его функции другому лицу, например, учредителю, на основании генеральной доверенности. Также можно передать полномочия управляющей компании или ИП.
Нововведение не касается некоммерческих организаций.
