Не знаем почему, но фонтан по ул. Некрасовская не работает всё лето. Создаётся впечатление, что фонтаны большая проблема для управляющей компании.Их же надо обслуживать. Вот и получается, бюджет город освоил, а дальше хоть трава не расти. Одноразовые получается фонтаны..
