Более 1000 студентов и школьников края побывали на генеральной репетиции парада Победы на площади имени Ленина в Хабаровске. Кроме того, на мероприятии присутствовали участники СВО, представители ветеранских организаций.

🔸Дмитрий Демешин напомнил участникам репетиции, что идея проведения 3 сентября военного парада поддержана Президентом России Владимиром Владимировичем Путиным.

Обращаясь к молодежи, глава региона отметил, что необходимо напомнить миру еще раз о подвиге тех, кто сражался за свободу, сохраняя правду истории. Вклад дальневосточников в Великую Победу неоценим.

🟠После репетиции для детей из муниципальных образований края были организованы экскурсии в ряд музеев города и Центр патриотического воспитания.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
