Комплекс получил название Rise. Проект состоит из трех жилых корпусов высотой от 3 до 28 этажей с единым стилобатом.
Общая площадь ЖК составит 54 000м².

Помимо жилой застройки, проект включает создание коммерческой и общественной инфраструктуры, а также подземный паркинг.

Архитектурные решения проекта разработало бюро Wall

Комплекс будет построен по адресу: Золоторожский вал, вл. 11, стр. 32-34.

Напомню, что на соседнем участке девелопер планирует построить бизнес-центр Stone Римская. МФК станет первым подобным проектом в портфеле офисного девелопера.
