Вновь открыть доступ можно лишь выйдя на улицу и сфотографировав, как вы трогаете траву. Как уверяют разработчики, Touch Grass блокирует вход в выбранное пользователем приложение, однако загрузить просто фото из галереи — не поможет. Приложение рассчитывает достоверность фотографии с помощью компьютерного зрения.
Уточняется, что при необходимости разблокировать приложение и отсутствии возможности потрогать траву, можно купить пропуск. Половина от стоимости пропуска отправляются на поддержку проектов по восстановлению дикой природы в Великобритании.
