Если в Болгарии, Румынии и Словакии таких почти нет, то в Австрии, Швейцарии и Бельгии приезжие уже укоренились... Посмотреть бы ещё Британию, конечно. Там наверняка цифра иностранных родителей зашкаливает.
Данные по России были бы не очень объективны. Русские из стран СНГ, белорусы и украинцы тоже считались бы иностранными родителями.
