Проект предполагает застройку участка площадью 257 290 квадратных метров, включая строительство около 195 тысяч квадратных метров жилья, двух детских садов на 250 мест каждый и школы на 750 учащихся. Объем инвестиций в проект превышает 20 миллиардов рублей.
