С одной стороны это фокусирует внимание страшилками про "четвёртого всадника апокалипсиса", с другой – маскирует и заранее оправдывает в глазах обывателей возможные утечки действительно опасных вирусов и бактерий, которых не вывезли и не утилизировали должным образом проамериканские исследователи. С пандемийными бюджетами и властью ВОЗ, очевидно, прощаться не хочет.
