Зампред партии «Яблоко» Лев Шлосберг был задержан в псковском аэропорту после возвращения из Москвы, где участвовал в заседании Федерального политкомитета партии. Полицейские не допустили к нему жену Жанну Шлосберг, которая приехала встретить мужа из командировки. Позже Шлосберга отпустили, изъяв телефон и ноутбук.
Задержание было связано с делом об уклонении от обязанностей «иноагента» (статья 330.1 УК РФ). Ранее в рамках этого дела проходили обыски в квартирах Шлосберга, его отца и в офисе Псковского «Яблока».
Партия «Яблоко» не признает вины Льва Шлосберга в совершении каких-либо правонарушений и считает происходящее политически-силовым давлением властей на нашего товарища и все псковское отделение нашей партии.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
