👉 Не «психанути», а взяти паузу
Коли довго ігноруєш внутрішні сигнали, що сили недостатньо, легко довести себе до точки, де ти захочеш просто все кинути. Цього робити не треба. Помічаючи в собі втому, плануй час, коли ти можеш відновитись.
👉 Відпочивай відповідально
Якщо ти залучений до служіння чи інших проєктів, переконайся, що ти нікого не підведеш, якщо візьмеш паузу. Попередь колег чи напарників зі служіння, і підготуй все до своєї відсутності.
👉 Вироби ритм та встанови кордони
Найкраще – не доводити себе до «точки кипіння». Для цього побудуй собі графік роботи й служіння, в якому в тебе буде регулярний час для відновлення, наповнення, молитви та читання Біблії.
🙌 Пам'ятай, що ти можеш віддавати й служити лише тоді, коли сам чимось сповнений. І наповнювати себе Божою присутністю та Його словом – це твоя відповідальність.
